Bill, the Honda is the one with the problem not the Ford van. Has I stated in my answer the new cars are now computer controlled much more difficult to modify, that's why I suggested the dealer.

Looking at the photo it appears that a straight arm was modified to fit the born free. It looks like a pie shaped wedge was cut out of the sides of the channel, and the flat side was bent to fit a born free shape and the sides were welded back together. I would have a talk with your Honda dealer about this problem. Cars have evolved far beyond adding a buzzer to the new computer control systems, that are used to run all the bells and whistles they contain. on my motorhome there were two mounting plates per side, bolted to the frame extension that sandwiched the frame between them, and the caster assembly bolted to these plates. I suggest you either measure the bolt pattern or remove the caster and match it up with the replacement for the bolt pattern....

Another place to find these caster wheels is Harbor Freight I replaced the two on my motorhome only four bolts each.

:D Since the Born free is a fiberglass design all light circuits require a two wire lighting fixture. If your wire going to the breaker is hot this may indicate a poor connection. Try tightening all the terminal screws on all of the breakers this may help with your problem. Mike
