Come spend some time in the Beautiful Black Hills of South Dakota at Hart Ranch Camping Resort. Hart Ranch is a Five Star Membership Resort with 419 paved campsites and paved streets, full hook-ups, an On-site Restaurant, large swimming pool, tennis courts, miniature golf and sand volleyball. They have a Hart Mart where you can purchase snacks and a few grocery items. There are also gas pumps and a lodge next to the Hart Mart. For any of you golfers there is also a golf course very close. Hart Ranch is located just south of Rapid City along Hwy 79 and Spring Creek Road. You may come 2 days early and stay 2 days after the Rally for the cost of $22.50 per night.

Itinerary

Wednesday, August 25th
Check in will be on Wednesday afternoon from 2:00 to 4:00 PM followed by a wine and cheese social starting at 5:00 PM.

Thursday, August 26th
We will take a Bus Tour of the Black Hills and see Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Custer State Park, etc. We will start the tour with a breakfast at Ft. Hays Chuck Wagon and end the tour with a Dinner and Show at Ft. Hays Chuck Wagon. The bus will pick us up at Hart Ranch and deliver us back after a nine-hour day. The Bus Tour, Breakfast and Evening Meal will be included on the trip and lunch will be on your own at the beautiful Game Lodge in Custer State Park.

Friday, August 27th
Continental breakfast with cereal, rolls, yogurt, fruit and juice.
You have the opportunity to check out Casinos in Deadwood, if you so desire. A Free Bus comes to Hart Ranch every Friday morning to take people to the Casinos in Deadwood and returns late afternoon. However, if you prefer, you can spend the day on your own checking out any number of area attractions. If you have never been to the Black Hills of South Dakota, you will be amazed at all the attractions, such as Reptile Gardens, Bear Country, Cosmos, Chapel in the Hills, Mammoth Site, Big Thunder Gold Mine, 1880 Train Ride. The Roo Ranch, the famous Wall Drug, the Badlands of South Dakota and numerous caves, just to name a few. All of which are in close proximity to Hart Ranch. Friday evening we will have a pizza party.

Saturday, August 28th
Continental breakfast with cereal, rolls, yogurt, fruit and juice.
Can be a day to enjoy some of the activities at Hart Ranch, visit some more sites in the Black Hills, or just rest and relax. Saturday evening will feature a catered Steak supper with all the trimmings.

Sunday, August 29th
Continental breakfast with cereal, rolls, yogurt, fruit and juice.
After breakfast with all our friends we will depart.

Rally Fees: 2/coach $335, 1/coach $220. Includes 4 nights at campground with full hookups. This rally is limited to 23 coaches. If you are a member of Hart Ranch, please call Bill Meier to get your reduced rate.

Rally registration deadline - July 15, 2010 or when 23 rally fees have been received as determined by postmarked date. Cancellation deadline - July 31, 2010. No refunds after this date.
