I, too, like the utensil rack and the one handed hinge. Great idea! We had problems finding something like that, so improvised, but it works fine. We do have a rack built at the back of both the counters. They hold a lot of things.

Shouldn't Born Free be getting some good ideas from all this?

We took a wooden folding TV table and cut it in half...the light wood matched the Born Free Oak. Then my husband put a small strip of wood just under the cabinet overhang to attach the table half with hinges. Then he made a small wooden support that swings out of the way when not raised up to hold t...

We did this and really enjoy using them. I don't have pictures, but sent you a pm trying to explain what we used and how we did it.

We sold our 32' Winnebago Adventurer a couple of yrs ago after having it for 10 yrs. It had one slide and we LOVED it. We never had any problems with the slide. The reason we downsized was my husband is in his 80's and he was tired of finding gas stations where the motorhome and tow car were easy to...

I've not heard of oven spray cleaner, but I have heard of people using wasp spray. It reaches quite a ways farther than most sprays.

We have the 22 ft. built for two with the wet bath. At first we were reluctant to try taking a shower in it, but it isn't that hard and it doesn't make as much of a "watery mess" as I thought it would. We always wipe the shower down after a shower even at home. We are pretty tall people, too. There ...

It's a good idea. We have done both to try to keep it as even as possible.

We seem to have problems with the outside temperature guage showing the correct inside temperature on our 2008 refrigerator...has anyone else experienced this? It always seems to show a warmer temperature. Sometimes it even freezes things inside while showing much warmer above the door.

We are planning a trip to Boise, ID and areas near there. Does anyone have experiences to share on this area? We like the mountains and good scenery, but feel like there are probably other good sites besides State Parks that might even be more reasonable. Has anyone ever stayed at Celebration Park a...

Thanks for sharing your experience. I'll try that. I wonder how many others have had trouble with their Michelin's. Does Born Free still use them on the newer motorhomes?

We bought a used 2008 Built for Two one and a half years ago with less than 8,000 mi. on it. Since then we have kept it stored inside except for short trips. They now have under 12,000 miles on them. We found on looking closely that the outer sides of the front tires are starting to show small crack...

This will be the first time for us to winterize our Born Free. Since Charlie just had heart surgery (5 bypasses) we will have a friend help us do this. Does anyone have instructions written out that they could share? I know we could take it into a dealer to have it done, but we have always done it o...

One lesson we learned by selling on our own was the difference we had to pay in state taxes. With a trade in you only pay the difference between the price of the new one and the trade in...on selling it ourselves we had to pay taxes on the full $$ amount of the new one. Maybe Washington is different.
