Mine was sticking when I bought our 2012 . I tried to free it up myself with no luck so I took it to Rich & sons in Grand Island NE (I know that's to far for you to go)they new exactly how to fix it ,and it didn't take very long to do it .That was 4 years ago and it still works. The 6.0 can be an excellent diesel . The 6.0 has many serious and expensive issues , especially the early versions . I would double check your converter wiring and make sure nothing is touching where it shouldn't when the converter is shoved back in it's place. |

For one thing they have had way more recalls than Firestone HT , they cost more , bad customer service. |

The extenders on my rear duals are not much more than 2 threads on . I had to be careful not to over tighten them , not wanting to strip the threads . |
