BF exterior fiberglass is wavy?

I bought a 1999 BF 26ft. RB a few months ago and I have noticed that the fiberglass sides are a little wavy, is this normal? The unit is in very good shape, very clean no sign of accidents.

Mounting a tv.

I'm wanting to mount a TV bracket to the square channel that runs over the sleeping bunk area, I'm guessing it is a metal roll bar. Can anyone tell me if there would be a problem with this? 1999 -26 ftRB
