Thanks to everyone who replied about our awning issue. We have found someone who can and will order and install it (manual deployment type). Does $2,000 for purchase and install sound about right?

Anyone out there replaced their awning? Where did you buy it? We are having a ton of trouble finding somewhere to get one that fits the Born Free shape?

We are needing some quick response! We had a window broken on our 2006 Born Free (the one by behind the couch). Where in the heck are you all finding replacement windows for your Born Free?

We have (2) 26' 2006 RSB Born Free Casual Elegance RV's (it's a long story as to why we have 2 - lol). We just realized yesterday that the ladders which are used to access the cabover areas are not the same length on each of the RV's?? In fact, one of the ladders is so short that it is only useable ...

Since I first posted this, we took our RV to an audio/video place and they said it is already wired for a backup camara so we now are the proud owners of a direct-wired backup camara.

We have a 2006 Born Free RSB 26' Casual Elegance. It does NOT have a backup camara. Someone told us they thought our model probably is "pre-wired" to add a direct wired camara if we wanted to. Does anyone know if all makes/models/years of Born Frees came pre-wired for camara add ons?

Anyone out there have a "SRB" rather than an RSB? In other words instead of a rear side bed it has a rear side couch that can fold down if desired?

The problem with placing the metal baking rack (the round rack with 3 legs) on the turntable, is that there is no way, at least that I know of, to turn off the turntable, so whatever I place on the metal baking rack is also rotating, and some pans won't rotate as they barely fit in the first place. ...

I have a 2005 BF and have a question regarding the turntable and metal baking rack. Anyone have a Tappan TC1050S?

I have a 2005 BF. When the microwave is in convection mode, do I have to set the metal baking rack on the turntable or can I remove the turntable and metal thing that rotates and set the metal baking rack legs directly on the floor of the convection oven?
