Re: Body mount replacement
My opinion is that replacing the body mounts would be a difficult undertaking. The fiberglass coach body would need to be lifted to accomplish this work. That means that the cab over part of the body would also have to be separated from the top of the chassis cab. My opinion is that replacing the bo...

Using the air compressor method you will still need to put pink antifreeze down the p-traps under the two sinks, the shower drain and the toilet bowl.

Re: 12 volt Sources
The 12 vdc outlets in your cab dash are powered from the chassis battery. The rest of the various 12 vdc outlets in your rv house are powered from the rv house batteries as long as the house battery master switch is turned ON.

Re: Magnatek 7345 Charger/ Converter
You already have a 7345 charger/converter so you certainly don’t need to replace your existing working 7345 with a new one. A Parallax 7345 is the same as a Magnatec 7345. It should take an experienced RV tech an hour to install a replacement PD4655V. In fact the job is simple enough for you to do t...

Re: Magnatek 7345 Charger/ Converter
Shutting off that big knob disconnects your coach batteries or single battery from all DC circuits in your rig. You present 7345 charger/converter will over charge your batteries and damage them if you leave your rig plugged into shoreline power for extended periods of time. To prevent the over char...

Re: Magnatek 6345 Charger/ Converter
Actually you have a Magnatec 7345 Charger/Converter - not a 6345 - look at your label again. In the Coach Modifications section on this forum, read my post titled Converting Parallax 7345 Charger/Converter to PD4655V system. Why do you want to shut off all 8 DC circuits from the output of your charg...

Re: hot wires near circuit breakers
Are you sure that the combination 30/30 amp circuit breaker is not getting hot. Check by carefully touching the body of that breaker. If it is hot, replace that breaker. Also use a screw driver to tighten those screws near the wires that are discolored from getting too hot.
