Re: Tire Advice

Your tire size should be LT225/75R16E with E being the load range. The DOT requires that all tires of the same size have the same load carrying capability and will be 2680 lbs for this size tire and will be the same for both the Goodyear Wangler HT and the Firestone Transforce HT tire which is what...

Tire Advice

Hi all, I recently experienced a drivers side rear flat with my BF and learned the folly of not having an inflated spare with me. Anyway, Goodyear road service came and put on two new tires on that side. When I was on the phone with them I told them what type of Goodyear tires I have on my rig and t...

Dicor Versa Liner Question....errrrr Problem

Hi, Anyone encounter this issue when removing their wheel liners. I had a mechanic friend over to do some work which needed the tires off. He had experience with these types of liners before so knew what to do and what not to do. After finishing work on one side he went to take off the other side an...

Re: Super Springs Question

Just as a follow up, after contacting a couple great BF owners here on the forum, they confirmed that it is indeed the SSA22 SuperSpring that was used. My thanks for all their help.

Re: Super Springs Question

Well, after checking with SuperSprings they agreed that it should be the SSA47, though various retailers call out the SSA22 (as suggested here) the SSA25, and the SSA34. Some had multiple options. So, I guess I will bite the bullet and get the SSA47's. Thanks.

Re: Super Springs Question

The SSA22 does not show as a fit for a 2007 Born Free. That spring is supposed to be used with a vehicle with a factory top overload spring, which my BF does not have.

Super Springs Question

Hi all, I have a 2007 26RSB (2006 E450 chassis), I recently noticed that both air bag brackets were broken and so did a little research and saw that not too long after my RV was made that BF went with the Super Springs instead to provide the extra load lift and stabilizing. In a previous thread here...
