To all,
Because the wires are connected in series now, do they need to be shortened or lengthened?

Sam, I had mine installed at Saginaw Truck & spring in Flint, Mi. As far as cost is concerned, I had the airbags adjusted since they had rotated some. My paper work is in the M/H, but. Memory tells me about $500 total. So I guess $400 is close. Flint is a long way from you, but I was really plea... |

Buster, I had a problem with my 27RSB. I ended up installing 'super springs'. If I remember correctly that raised the rear end a little over 2". I think Born Free is now installing super springs as original equip and removing the air bags. I have the air bags also. Good luck. If you want to talk ove... |

Joelg31; Not 100% sure. but I think I remmember one instance where the owner rested the tire on the back bumper and the fastened it to the ladder. The weight of the tire eventually loosened the screws that held the ladder to the M/H. If Virgil's would fit on your coach. as I remember it was well des... |

Tom; If I understand your question correctly -- you can run your chassis A/C if you have your (Ford) engine running. However, you CANNOT supply power to the microwave as it requires 110 volts. In order to run both the A/C and the microwave you'll need to have the generator operating - supplying 110v... |

Bornie, When I had my 24RB(2003) I had it weighed at the FMCA rally in Brookville,Fla. If memory serves me I needed to carry about 78# in the rear tires and 67# up front. I also carried approx 50# in the airbags. That seems my ride should have been stiffer than yours -however, I was concerned with t... |

Kent, Just 2 weeks ago I had the same problem. I've not been able to resolve the problem! I'm thinking that a c/b popped or a fuse blew.
I'd appreciate any other info you come up with. We have a 2008 27'RSB.

I had them installed on my 2008 27'RSB last July.
Couldn't be more pleased. I carry approx 50# in the airbags. Only have about 3000 miles since installation.........another season should determine final outcome. Only problem now is to keep weight up-front. Rear axle pretty close to limit.

liginbf; I talked to 'Mike' at the factory and after asking me a couple questions he confirmed just what Steve did. Since the present air bags are mounted above the axel & are inboard of the springs its a rather simple install. The part # is SSA22. If you have a way of jacking up the coach while... |

Trisha, Kim gave me a hint I thought I might pass on. When you turn the a/c on make sure the 'temp' selector is turned to a warmer setting than you really want. then after about 10-15 seconds turn the temp selector up to about '5'. This method seems to provide a 'soft start' & perhaps won't load... |

I just ordered a Blue OX Tigertrak bar for my 2004 24RB. I should have it installed by about this time next week. I'll let you all know how it works out. The reasons I went this route were cost, ease of installation and it appears to solve my concern about 'tail-wag'. Cost was $515 including tax. If... |

George; I didn't receive a confirmation from Jill either! So I decided to call her about 2 weeks ago. My understanding is that NO confirmations were sent out to any one. She did confirm my reservation though. I got the feeling that she has all the reservations in hand and you should be OK. However ,... |
