No helpful advice here but I've wondered for some time why manufacturers use such huge decals. IMHO, Born Frees looked better when they just had the narrow, discreet line graphics.

Like Sam, I have noticed no cracks, hairline or otherwise, in the gel coat of my 2000 RB. I suspect there was a change in the gel coat process in later years.

My Born Free manual recommends 60 psi in front and 65 psi in rear tires. I prefer to use 65/75.

My 2000 24RB has two large sliding windows and the vertical bars that attach to the sliding panes are both slightly warped and come off sometimes when the window is pulled. Sam, don't be confused, as I was, by their reference to 'handles'. They mean those little clear plastic things you attach to the bottom slat. Essentially, you just use the bottom slat to push/pull them up and down. Hope you like yours as much as I like mine.
