We had a Trac Star SV360 in-motion system installed back in February 2006 and have been very happy with its performance. As Connie is a huge fan of Tennis and college basketball she can sit back and watch the show as we roll down the highway as well as in parking lots and campgrounds. The down side ...

Have you checked where the fridge is plugged into the 120v outlet to make sure there is power available there. Also is there power to the 120v outlets inside the coach.

Having had the dually valves in my previous wheels I don't know how it is possible to have both valve stems coming through the rubber gromment. Only the long stem from the inner dual should be in the gromment to stabilize it.

Steve, I removed the original and cut a piece of plywood the shape of the opening and covered it with some vinyl my wife found at a local fabric shop. A couple of fold out cup holders and my CB mic and external speaker was all we needed and it makes access to the driver and passenger seats much easi...

For me, a generator with very low hours is a minus, not a plus. If you put it in perspective, a coach traveling at an average of 50mph (probably a high avg.) would travel 50,000 miles with 1,000 hours on the chassis engine without major concerns. Using those figures I would see no reason to question...

Everyone has their reasons for oil and filters so I will give mine. I use AMSOIL 5W-30 in both the V-10 and Onan generator and Motorcraft FL802S filter. Looking back, Ford did recommend 5W-30 but later changed to 5W-20 after they were able to gain .02 of a mile in their overall mileage ratings. It a...

Stan, having previously installed the panel just above the SeeLevel gauge (see picture) I knew there was enough space between the wall and the fridge. I used a large round hole saw to make the original hole and carefully squared the cut out with a saw blade. For 12v power I tapped into the 12v suppl...

Stan, I chose to run new wires and in our floor plan putting the panel in the wall forward of the refrigerator was ideal as I can see the panel from anywhere in the front half of the coach including the drivers seat. I opted for the model with the switches as it allows me to check the water pump and...

Price reduction

After talking to people on the phone and email regarding the sale of our coach it seems that the two issues that surfaced was the need for additional sleeping and/or the distance to Rhode Island to examine the coach. After checking with Born Free I have adjusted the cost to reflect possible changes ...

Stan, if you do not already have one I would consider a reliable roadside assistance program such as Coach-Net. They can be very handy if you have a problem away from home.

Stan, the readings on our stove hood gauges were never accurate so years ago I installed the Garnett See-Level system which has proven to be very accurate. As for the propane not showing full, keep in mind that the tank is only filled to 85% to allow for expansion.
