Opaque Door Window Covering
A surface tension window privacy covering. Applied with soapy water. I cut a peephole in it to see outside before I open the door.

I do not have an answer for you, but I suggest you post the year and model of your BF to help others respond.

Re: 1999 RB Microwave replacement
There is plenty of depth and no height problem. It can be done while on the road with just basic tools. I did not have any help so my major problem was finding a way to get it partially in the cabinet at an angle to take the weight off my arms while I plugged the power cord into the AC outlet. I ins...

Re: 1999 RB Microwave replacement
Your measurements of your microwave cabinet are the same as mine in my 2001 26 RSB. I replaced my microwave with a Highpointe model nrmccain had written about. Here is the link. https://www.bornfreervclub.org/bulletin_board/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=6216&p=33546&hilit=Microwave#p33546 mccain d...

Flexsteel out of RV. Business
Just read this: https://rvbusiness.com/flexsteel-announces-exit-from-rv-furniture-business/ And here is the CEO’s non-statement: Jerry Dittmer, president and CEO of Flexsteel, stated in a earnings report that the company remains optimistic and, going forward, it is “planning to accelerate our busine...

Re: Another Anti Sway Bar thread
The term is caster. It and camber are tire alignment terms. Look them up on Google for a diagram and a definition. Here is a link I found using the search box above: https://www.bornfreervclub.org/bulletin_board/search.php?keywords=Caster&terms=all&author=&sc=1&sf=all&sk=t&sd...

Re: Source for battery door
I hope I did not mislead you. You have the same battery door as I do. Later models were different. I asked year to clarify your request in the event another reader could give you the info. I damaged mine in a wreck in the NWT, Canada and the Born Free plant replaced it along with other repairs. I ne...

I’ve never done anything like this believing it is grounded and the connection appears water tight.

Re: Tightening The Sewer Hose Container Cap
You do not have to loosen it. I like your set up, particularly the slide out tray. On occasion I’ve had the hose slide down inside the carrier and had to stick my arm inside To retrieve it.

Tightening The Sewer Hose Container Cap
I discovered, by accident, while installing a sewer hose container on my BF a way to tighten the container cap. The cap will loosen and fall out over time. I’ve lost a couple of sewer hoses while driving. Once when I attempted to empty my tanks I was in position at a dump station and had lost the ho...

Re: Use floor wax on tires
I have a confession. I backed into a post in a Texas State Park and badly damaged the rear bumper and the end cap. What you are seeing is new fiberglass. The remainder of the BF has been waxed, but if you look closely you can see the difference. I’ve backed into several things over the years, but no...

Re: Use floor wax on tires
I recall a guy at Auto Zone calling it “Tire Pretty” when I bought some brand of tire shine. Maybe we should call it kumquat to avoid any negative implication.
Shiloh Dad have we exhausted “kumquat?” It comes back to me every time I see one of your posts.
