Matt..... That's a great post and we really enjoyed the videos. Even though the weather was not on your side, I think you made the best of it. Think of what the camping will be with the "BORN FREE", when the weather is nice. And you know those young ones will be remembering camping with Ma...

This "Marinco 83A straight adapter" is what I use to keep the coach connected to shore power while stored in the garage. I use a 12ga extension cord to a wall receptacle, coach always has AC power, batteries always charged, and no safety issues. http://www.wholesalemarine.com/p/MAR-83A/?ut...

Dallas.......I'm with you. With our tank water, we drink it, brush our teeth, shower, and cook with it. We fill from campgrounds on rural water, city water, and private wells. We sanitize our system once a year with clorox. Our coach has been to Mexico twice and contaminated with Mexican water that ...

Dan..........If your taking delivery of your new unit at Humboldt, drive the 100 miles west to the Blue OX Factory at Pender Nebraska, have your Blue OX Tru-Center installed, and stay at their factory campground. Check out all your systems; and if need be, go back to the factory for the corrections....

Just to be on the safe side, I'd buy an over-abundant supply of Vodka, winterize the fresh water system, drink the excess Vodka, and then PEE in the PEE-TRAPS..............

Steve..... We have a 2005 24RB on the E450 chassis purchased June 2004. At 4000 miles had an alignment done with the coach loaded the way we travel. We now have 58000 plus miles and on second set of tires. Original brakes, original shocks, no problems and no complaints about ride or performance . Th...

All three are fine coaches and each have their individual pluses that appeal to their owners.

But only with the Born Free do you get to interact with the Humboldt factory and all its fine folks, and also can be members of Leap'n Lions with all their fine folks.

Lee.... Our 2005 24RB with cab-over bed has the AC, DC, and TV ckts. extended and coiled above the fabric over the bed area. The reason I know this is I had the factory chase down the shorted 12V light ckt. that kept blowing the fuse for the passenger side of the coach. One of the joint screws just ...

I think they call them cabinet hinges and they do break the rivets that they are put together with. But "BORN FREE" always comes thru as they did last year at John Dodgen's birthday party. They passed out a bag of I believe six hinges to each coach as we signed in to the party at the facto...
