Is that black wire marked with an X broken off from the bottom of the split 30/20 amp circuit breaker? If so your problem was most likely caused by that defective/overheating 30/20 amp breaker. It needs to be replaced pronto!

Get the specific Onan generator model off the unit’s ID plate and contact Cummins Engines for replacement muffler.

You might want to post your problem on the Facebook group site Born Free RV Happy Campers. Kim Olson, the Born Free factory service manager, is on the site and may see your problem and respond with helpful answers.

Both the Onan and Generac generators use air cooled engines. But the lubricating oil also helps cool the engine but I doubt if the viscosity of the oil used makes any difference in the amount of cooling the oil provides.

My best guess is that you have a weak fuel pump issue with your Onan generator.

Also you said that you need to replace your tractor bar - did you mean track bar? Not sure what a tractor bar is.

There is no fresh water plumbing located under the shower to leak. Instead open the compartment door on the far left side of the coach which will expose the hot and cold water hose connections feeding your shower faucet. I bet you will find the leak there.
