Re: Blast from the Past. Pics of a 75.
A hard thing to admit but we did the whole orange scene in the 70's. My hubbys favorite color is orange and after we had been married a few years I helped him learn about other colors. Lol

Re: Permanent Bed Vs couch/dinette
We actually put a 3 " foam pad up there when we first got it and then we layed the gel foam on to of that. It was way to high with both. We are going to remove the foam mattress and just put the gel foam on of the origional pad up top. There's plenty of room up there. The gel makes a huge diffe...

Alaska question
Curt and I are heading to Alaska next year and we are looking for advice on the best time of year to go. We'd like to see the northern lights. Has anyone gone in March or September? I guess the northern lights are best seen in the winter but obviciously Alaska in the winter might be a bit tough (alt...

Homecoming Rally
I've see the homecoming rally in Humboldt has changed to August. In May it wasn't a problem because school was still in session. My concern is the camping situation since school will still be on summer break. Does anyone know if the campgrounds are going to reserve spots for the rally? They didn't t...

Re: TV size
We ended up with a 32" tv and it's great... I went to Costco and they had an opened Samsung that they cut the price on so I got it for under $200. The decision was made. It has worked out great.
Thanks for your advice.

Born Free on FB
I didn't know if you all knew that there is a Born Free Facebook page. It's a great site to be on. It's just another way to stay in touch.
Ray has asked me to reach out to CT about joining the FB page.
Thanks

TV size
I'd like to get a larger TV and I was curious what sizes you have. We have a 19" right now. Our TV hangs above the shelf by the door. Any suggestions which size would work the best? We have a 26' RB.
Thanks
Jo

I thought you needed a receiver. We don't have satellite at home so we will be a month to month subscriber.

Re: Satellite question
Good news, I just got the manual out and the King Dome is HD and compatible with either Dish or Direct TV and from what I'm reading the receiver that's on sale at Camping World will work with it. It's not as old as I suspected it was. I think it's worth investing in a receiver. I'm not sure why I di...
