Who has had a water leak at the Seams ?

I am new to RVing and buying a BF. Who all has had a leak at the seam, and what did you do about it? By the seams, I am talking about the joints of the various fiberglass components of the outer shell. Or maybe nobody has had any leaks? Plus.. is there any preventative measures, one can take, to not...

Whats the difference in a Ford E-350 vs E-450

I talked to Ed at BF.
He said hopefully info would be available in July.

Also he said they were thinking of going to the Pomona RV Show in CA.
I think this show is in the Fall.

I called BF and talked to Ed. Walls have R value of approx. 18. I may not have this construction 100% correct, but this from my notes: 3/16" fiberglass ext. Vapor barrier... foil faces inside of fiberglass. Has air bubbles, white plastic on other face. Wood stud walls.. 2x4 laid flat or 2x2 glu...

thanks... but looks like it doesn't exist/ or is used anymore.

The current posts are like junk mail, trying to sell you something.

So, I guess the consensuses of the group, is I don't have to worry about the full body paint pealing.

mockturtle, since you are in WA, I have heard good things of this place in OR. http://www.amsolar.com/ I read the Lazy Daze forum. LD comes with one solar panel included in the base price. New owners are deleting this panel for credit and taking their new LD to amsolar to have their solar panels ins...

Sorry about the name Coach House, I assumed everyone would have know what I was talking about. I am on the west coast and notice most BF's for sale are back east. I like the idea of the fiberglass body. Coach house is made in FL and the body is all one piece vs the BF made in sections. http://www.co...

Born Free compared to Coach House

As some of you may know, I am looking to buy my first MH ever.
In addition to the BF's, I have been looking at a 2008 Coach House.
They are really a Class B plus.
But all fiberglass like the Born Free.

Any comments on the differences/ ideas/ suggestions?
Both have the Ford V10.
