I just went to the 23FL section of the BF website. Looking at the floorplans, it looks like the first and second plans have their captions reversed. Regarding their website updating, I get the impression that BF is a small manufacturer of high end coaches and that they have no trouble selling everyt...

On mine it was in a box riveted to the back of the inverter assembly. A
real pita to get at. I would get someone familiar with electrics to do some
troubleshooting first. I assume you checked the circuit breakers in the power panel.

They probably meant transfer switch. It switches the AC power from shore power to the generator.

You will NOT get AC power from the batteries without an inverter. This is usually an extra cost option on RVs.

Another important fact is that this happened several days ago, at which time, I thought I had found the culprit, in that, when I removed the 15 amp circuit fuse, and then replaced it, the system started to work again, which it did for approximately 2 days, when it again failed to start. Tried the fu...

These things use a circuit board that controls the furnace functions/timing.
They seem to be a rather high failure rate item.

Sheer driver stupidity! The yellow warning lights come on if your vehicle
is too high. The drivers ignored them and paid the price!

It's my impression that this involves more than an "inspection". To do it
properly the tank would have to be removed, placed in a test chamber
and hydostatically pressurized to a higher pressure than normal to ferret out
weak spots (internal defects).

Hi Dan... I don't know the answer. I would contact the manufacturer. I'm sure they have run across this before. My gut feeling is that the air space between the glass would seriously cut down on the amount of capacitive coupling. There might still be enough to work at VHF or UHF however. 73, Roger N...

We found that the clothes swinging back and forth on the hangers and hitting
the walls of the closet will develop holes where they hit. Not a good thing!
Anyone have a solution?

Can you pot what it says on the black box? I would like to know the mfr
and what it says above "distribution". Also did you get some manuals with
the rig. There might be something in there that would give us more info.

Looking at the name on the black box and the sine wave symbol, I think it's an inverter (converts 12 volts DC to 120 volts AC). I'm going to take a wag and suggest that the black switch on the left turns on the inverter and the 3 red switches send the AC to various outlets around the vehicle. Good l...

Wireless is somewhat of a misnomer as you still have to run 12 volts DC to power the camera. It's possible to run both the DC and video over the same cable but I don't know if any of the units offer this feature. I don't have a backup camera on my BF and am forced to get out and look before I back. ...

It's been a long time since I was in Alaska so perhaps I'm not current on the latest info. What I would consider is taking the ferry up through the inland passage and driving back down the Alcan highway. Check out the Alaskan Marine Highway for the latest. http://www.dot.state.ak.us/amhs/connections...
