Stevek......Its anyone's guess when the house was built on the chassis. But the truck appears to be a 1912 or 1913 Diamond T.

Later Diamond T and Reo merged to become Diamond Reo.

Heres an interesting idea. Not really weird.
Called a Double Back Camper on a VW, but could work on a Sprinter I guess.
