Crock Pot Chicken and Dumplings

1 1/4 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in small chunks
1 can cream of chicken soup ( I use reduced fat)
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup chopped celery
2 cup water
1 Tblsp chicken boullion
6 biscuits Pillsbury Golden Homestyle Buttermilk
Sprinkle Parsely
Black Pepper and seasonings to your taste..
1 1/2 cups frozen peas and carrots..
Combine all ingredients except biscuits and peas and carrots..in crockpot.
Cover and cook on low 5-6 hours. 30 minutes before
serving add peas and carrots and tear biscuit dough into 1 inch pieces. Add to crock pot.. stirring gently turn up heat to High...and cook an additional 30 minutes till biscuits are fluffed up and cooked and veggies are done..

**If needed you may add a cup more hot chicken broth
to the pot.
