CHICKEN BREASTS IN PARMESAN CREAM

6 SPLIT CHICKEN BREASTS (3 WHOLE)
5 STALKS CELERY CHOPPED
3 MED. TOMATOES, CHOPPED
1 TEAS. TARRAGON
SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE
2/3 CUP PARMESAN, FRESHLY GRATED
2 CUPS HEAVY CREAM
DASH PAPRIKA

PLACE THE CHICKEN IN LARGE BAKING PAN & SPRINKLE WITH 1/2 THE
CHEESE. SURROUND CHICKEN WITH CELERY & TOMATO & SPRINKLE WITH
SEASONINGS. POUR THE CREAM OVER & SPRINKLE WITH THE REST OF
THE CHEESE. BAKE IN PRE-HEATED OVEN 350 FOR ABOUT 50 MINUTES.
