Crock Pot Stew
PUT IN CROCKPOT:
2 lbs. stew meat
6 carrots, chunked
6 potatoes, chunked
1 c. celery, diced
1 c. green pepper, diced
1 small onion, chopped
SPRINKLE ON - DON'T MIX IN:
3 T. tapioca
1 tsp. salt
1 T. sugar
THEN POUR OVER:
2 12-oz. cans V-8 (can use 1)
LOW TEMP. FOR AT LEAST 4 HOURS
Haven't tried this one myself, but was told by an RVer that it is really good...
