This has been floating around the RV forum. It seems too simple but it actually works

Mix one box of white angel food cake with any other regular box cake mix of your choice in a plastic bag
Now, in a mug, mix 3 Tablespoons of mix
2 Tablespoons of water
mix well and microwave for 1 minute.

You end up with one serving of cake!

I'm not very domesticated, but this sounds simple enough for me to do

Are you just mixing the two boxes of dry cake mix in the plastic bag, or are you adding whatever other ingredients the box calls for?

Just mix the two boxes of mix together. Dont add anything else to the bag. All you need to add is the water. 3 2 1 It's like magic!
