Windows and Awning

Has anyone had a problem with the windows in the coach seperating from the rubber that holds it in place? Also, has anyone had to have their carefree EZ awning repaired. I did a very stupid thing...I forgot to put the pull cord in the middle and and wound in around the end of the roller. I think I may have burned out the motor. I was not able to check out the fuse because I couldn't fine it...anyone know where it is? I looked under the pantry, but I think they put the awning fuse box somewhere else.
