Here is a product that allows you to have your cab windows open and no bugs in your BF:

We "field tested" these at Lily Bay State Park on Moosehead Lake and they worked just great. Easy to set up and you can raise or lower your window without any further adjustments. That extra breeze comes in handy when dry camping.
Lily Bay State Park is a wonderful place to camp in the North Woods and we recommend that as well.

Tom.....Skreenz gets our vote, purchased ours in 2007. When we arrive and get parked at a campsite the skreenz go on first and the hood gets proped up about a foot. This lets the heat dissipate from the cab section and the engine compartment.
The nice thing about the skreenz is that they can be left in place and the windows can be rolled up and down as needed.

We used these alot when we had our Clas B rvs. Since the Born Free has such good ventilation, I haven't felt the need to buy any. One thing we find very helpful is a tower fan. Doesn't take up much room and really moves the air, whether you have open windows or not. It helps make the bed area in the back more comfortable in very warm weather. We got our fan at Costco for about $50.
