disposing of antifreeze
How does one properly dispose of the antifreeze. Does it go into a dump? Can it be drained out and collected and put - where?

Hi David and Susan,
Rv antifreeze (pink) is not poison and can go into a sewer or septic.
Engine antifreeze (often green, but can be other colors) is poison and shouldn't go to a dump (unless they have special provision for it). FWIW, our town accepts antifreeze at the annual hazardous waste day. Perhaps a service station will take it, likely charging a fee.
