3-stage converter in Born Free

Post by gwb36 »

Just sold to private party our 2003 26RB and looking at 2014 or 2015 Born Free after refusing delivery on another make Class C. Do these years now have a 3-stage converter? Hard to find details of this nature in literature. Incidentally, how can I get other details of this nature of new models other than talking to salesmen?

George,

I am pretty sure that 2014 and 2015 model year Born Free motor coaches will have 3-stage charger/converters installed as standard equipment. I think the best way to find out the details on other installed equipment and features would be to talk to one of the two salesman at the factory - Ed or Scott. Talking to them would be low pressure - they won't twist your arm trying to make a sale.
