We received word from Adventure Treks that the Jun-Aug 2020 Alaska Caravan trip for Born Free owners was cancelled due to not enough coaches signing up. We would still like to go and Dave Baxley wants to put us in their regular scheduled tour. Are other Born Free members going to join that caravan?

Yes. We are joining the other caravan. The same thing happened to us last year with the trip to the Canadian Maritimes. We joined the other caravan and had a great time, prompting us to sign up for the Adventure Trek to Alaska. Three other Born Free coaches also joined the other caravan to the Maritimes.

I encourage you to join us on the Alaska trip.

Re: Still Openings Available on 2020 Alaska Caravan (But not Club Only)

While there were not enough club members signed up to allow for a club only caravan, this 60 day Alaska Caravan is still planned for departure from Dawson Creek, BC on June 29th with a few of our club members and others. Additionally, if your schedule will now permit you to go on this wonderful adventure, David Baxley will accept new registrations until April 29th provided there are still openings left.

This adventure is a once-in-a-lifetime, fully planned (with a lot of free time), 60-Day, 4800-mile caravan with over 90 fun-filled, interesting, entertaining, and educational activities. You will be immersed in the scenery, wildlife, history, and culture of Alaska, the Yukon and British Columbia. You will remember it forever!
