EDIT.....NOTHING TO DO WITH KEYPAD

Hope some one can help with this. I have an electronic keypad on the coach door. Every thing worked fine when I first bought it at the end of August. I didn't have it long till I could no longer lock or unlock the door with the keypad so Ive just been using the deadbolt key. Well now the dead bolt won't unlock from outside with the key or inside with the knob, I can't get the door unlocked. It looks like I will have to try and remove the whole assembly which will be difficult with the screen door in the way. Of course I been packing all day getting ready for a trip!

Any one have any experience with this you can share? Thanks for your help

I misspoke in above post, the door is not locked, the latch can no longer be opened because of broken internal part (see videos).

I am pretty sure the door on your 2014 is the same as on my 2015 and they are made made by Challenger Door in Nappanee IN. The phone number is 574-773-0470. They have been very helpful when I have had problems with the keypad (HDC part number HD008-HW) and the Trimark entrance door hardware (multiple parts and you may not need the whole assembly). They have been able to diagnose the problem over the phone, told me how to access the lock and sent me the needed parts.

Thanks for that info, may come in handy down the road.

My problem is explained in the above videos.

My research on this indicates its a "when" not "if" this happens. So if your coach has this door latch I recommend getting the repair kit. You can decide for your self if you want to install it pro actively or wait for failure, if you drive a class A with only the one door I would install the kit ASAP!
