Toilet Seat help

One quick question. How do you get at the bolts to replace the toilet seat? Do I have to pull the toilet out? Thanks for the help in advance.

Mine is a Thetford and has no bolts for the lid and seat.

To remove lid and seat, place both in the up position.

Grab the sides of both and lift straight up.
