I have a 2002 24FT RB, and I always pulled the shades up and down. However on a recent trip, my helpmate decided to do it herself. She pulled down on the shade on only once side and broke the strings.

I contacted the manufacturer (Speciality Window Covering) and they told me to send the shade back with a check for $12.00 and they would fix it. The $12.00 was to cover the cost of the return of the shade.

If the coach had been less than 3 years old, they would not have even charged me the $12.00.

I received the shade back today, and it appears that they have changed the fastners. I called them and they said that this was an upgrade over what I had originally.

You can not beat service like that!
