BFT and Towing

We are planing a long trip in our 2006 BFT V10. Would like to tow a car to use during the trip. I'm confused about the towing capacity. Can't find the GCVW for the BFT. Also the BFT manual that came with the RV states that one should have a transmission cooler installed before towing. I would have thought this was standard on the E350 chassis. If I tow a car weighing less than 3300 lbs. would this be a problem and would this limit what I can carry in the RV? Is a transmission cooler necessary or already on the RV?
