Bilstein & Banks Power Pack

Probably a naive question, but I am looking at pre owned Born Free coaches. I have been to Humboldt and I looked at a 1999 before that and failed to pull the trigger .... mistake.

Now the questions. What value are Bilstein shocks and what is a Banks Power Pack and what is its value. I'm sure they are important I just don't know.

When did Born Free start making the 30' units.
