Passenger side turn signal (blinkers)

Post by Szkumar »

Hi,

Has anybody replaced their blinker lights under the rear view mirror on the passenger side ? our blinkers under the mirror do not seem to function, I am not able to remove the blinker covers to see if the issue is with the bulb( Hoping that it it  )

Any guidance is greatly appreciated. :D :D :D

Seems like the whole turn signal unit can be pryed out with a flat screw driver.

Read this:

I believe they are a sealed unit. Read somwhere that they are available from Napa Auto. Velvac will have them, but probably at higher cost.

Thank you Bill, you are awesome 8)

Was able to pry it with a screw driver as you mentioned. for any one looking for this info in future, the whole unit needs to be replaced( not just the bulb). Was able to get a new replacement velvac 2020 amber turn light with convex mirror ordered from pacificrvmirrors.com (part number 747551).
