Our left signal flasher started flashing quicker than normal (and the right flasher), and “coincidentallyâ€

I had a similar problem. However the right rear turn signal on the BF did not work at all even though the in dash flashing light and sound were working. It proved to be a blown fuse. My towed car turn signal did work, however.
