Console For 2002 E-450 RSB

I have a 2002 26 foot RSB E-450 and would like to replace the front console with the new console. Is that possible? We saw the console on the new 2008 model and liked it but not enough to buy a new rig. Thanks for your help.

Pay particular attention to the console removal process so as to not damage it or the engine cover to which it is attached.
Winnebago also makes a similar slimline center console that Mel talks about in his posting dated Feb 14, 2006 and gives the Winnebago P/N and cost at that time. Of course the Ford OEM slimline console appears to be available from several sources on eBay also.

You might try modifying your console as we did. Search for "free slimline console" on this forum and you will see a picture of what we did.

Try your local Ford dealer. Just ask for a 2007/2008 console. They charged me $75 and it was a simple remove and replace.
