How do I access the Genset to change the sparkplugs, etc.

The genset on our 01' 26 ft RSB starts but then stalls out within a minute or so. I bought new plugs, a new fuel filter, a new air filter and a spray can of Onan 4C spray but find that both the spark plugs and the air filter bolt are blocked by the frame that keeps the genset in place. It almost looks like one must remove the unit from the coach to service it. How do I access the spark plugs and air filter bolt.
I spoke to an Onan service rep whose only comment was "Good Luck trying to reach the second spark plug."
