Bilstein Steering Damper (SO18-960019)

Anyone using this or know's about it. Have a 2008 BFT C/O on 2007 chassis and I need a steering stabilizer to limit the effect of passing semi's. Know from reading articles on this website that a lot of you recommend the Safety-T product, but this Bilstein as advertised on the AdventureRV.net website at $118 is quite a bit cheaper. Maybe that is good or maybe that is bad.
