The tray in my 2008 RB is a new design made by Kenny at the factory,
It holds the 4 trojans well, and allows access to all water holes easily.
Kenny also installed the first macerator for BF on this coach, and built a storage compartment to hold the hose.
Nice job.

On my 2004 BFT, no fiberglass modifications needed to remove/install bolts. Not sure what would be involved on your coach. Should be able to get to them though, since I am sure your battery tray was installed after the fiberglass wrap-around.

I installed the new battery tray a couple of years ago. I had to cut the fiberglass that wraps around under the coach so that I could easily remove the old tray. I also had to drill new holes for the new tray. It was not a major problem however. All went well.
