Adventures in Antenna Replacement (again)

The refrigerator vent had big gobs of RTV around the mounting screws. The funny thing is that the RTV didn't adhere to the plastic at all! It did, however, adhere tenaciously to the screwheads! When I reinstalled it, I put a bead of white acrylic caulk along the botton edge.
