swivel captain chair removal

What is the procedure to remove the swivel captain's chair from a late model Born Free? I would like to remove the chair behind the passenger seat. I can't remove the base since some of the bolts under the chassis are hidden. I see a single bolt in the center of the base on the top. Is this the one that frees the chair? Thanks.

Tony;
There is a lever on the side of the base, close to the floor. NO bolts to undo.
The lever releases the chair from the base, then tip the chair forward and lift it out.
I just took one out from my '06, assuming they are all similiar.

Tony,
Here is a picture of the base components. In order to remove the bolted to the floor part you need two people. One on top and one under the coach. Not hard to do even it it seems like it.
