Update--Onan oil filter

I am posting this seperate to make sure everyone sees it.

I discovered the problem so the mystery has been solved, and further supported by Bill, Sab and others. I discovered the previous owner or his mechanic installed the wrong filter, an Amsoil #SDF34 as Bill said it screwed in OK but extended out beyond the support frame. I ended up using the same STP #S3614 filter Sab suggested. It is shorter and easyly cleared the frame. But getting the special wrench is now a must. Thanks for your input. George B
