The Norcold 962 in our '98 24RB shuts down 30 seconds after LP light off with an A 1 fault.
I replaced the flame sensor thermcouple to no avail. Connection is good
The flame is good and the flame sensor gets red hot.
The igniter keeps sparking for the entire 30 seconds prior to shut down.
Gas supply is good.
13 Volts.
Seems like the "proof of flame" circuit isn't working. Not sure how to check a thermocouple or anything down stream of that.
Anyone out there with Norcold solutions?
Thank!
Karl

This is what the owner's Manual for the Norcold 962 says:
A1 - LP gas ignition fault (Initial start-up)
Check:
10.5 to 15.4 VDC being supplied to refrigerator?
Have gas lines been purged?
LP tank valve on?
LP tanks empty?
LP supply pressure 11" water column?
Refrigerator’s manual shut-off valve open?
Consult your dealer or a Norcold Service Center
Just in case you don't have the Owner's Manual, it is available for viewing and download here: http://www.thetford.com/HOME/PARTS/Norc ... fault.aspx
Hope this helps,
Bill

Just a note on water column, 11 inches is really about .4PSI so you need a special gauge to measure it. Here is an online converter: http://www.convertunits.com/from/PSI/to ... ter+column
