As a general statement this is obviously not true - If you are talking about your personal insurance carrier and your personal insurance it may very well be true.

I am just happy to say that I am smart enough to not let this happen to me, and again I am personally very happy with my insurance carrier - But again If I qualify for USAA I will certainly get a quote from them in the next week or two.

Over all the forums that I have been in there are generally good reviews and recommendations for USAA.

And I am sure all those people dont work for USAA.
