Secret Service Procedural Change

Biden and Obama were discussing the changes since Trump was elected.
Biden: You know - the secret service has changed the protocol if the President is attacked?
Obama: No, I didn't, what is the change?
Biden: Well, if an attack is imminent - instead of yelling "GET DOWN"! they are going to yell "DONALD.. DUCK"!
