Radio/touchscreen problem

We have one of those super-duper radios that does everything in our 2014 Triumph. The touch screen isn't responsive, though the back-up camera works. Does anyone have any ideas what the problem is?

I had that happen so I shut it off and then shut off the coach and restarted it. I have been thinking about changing mine out altogether for a unit that will show both the camera and the map at the same time.

We have a Panasonic (factory original) in our 2013 and the screen is removable. If yours is similar, you might try popping the screen out and reseating it.

Does it have the SD on the right side. If so pull out the card and reseat it. That will restart the radio
