Today I installed 2 group 31 Vmax tank batteries (125 Ah each, 250 Ah total), plus I installed a Go Power battery monitor. Before selecting my monitor I was curious what was behind the phone jack I never use and I bet you don't use either. BF was kind enough to drill a hole almost big enough for the monitor so l enlarged the hole slightly (your might be larger than mine), and installed the monitor. Hook up is very easy with one cable that easily fit through the wiring hole in the floor right beneath the monitor under the sink cabinet. I ran the cable into the battery box and connected it to the shunt I installed in the battery compartment. As an FYI group 31 batteries fit perfectly on the battery tray. The tray is 13 inches wide by 14 + inches deep and Group 31 batteries are 12.9 x approx 7 inches so the tray must have been sized for them.

Installed picture. I'll clean up the old screw holes later.

Tahoe, you might consider moving this post and replies to the Coach Modifications section on this forum. Here your post will gradually slide down and disappear out of sight.
