Monitors Failed - advice?

Hey folks,
I’ll start this post by saying I do plan to install a SeeLevel soon.
While traveling this week I noticed my monitor lights not coming on right away every time I pressed the button on the hood... like the switch was failing? Now the lights won’t light up at all
The pump, range light, and hood fan all still work fine.. the monitors light will no longer lite up when button is pressed..
Thoughts? Anyone fix this issue - is it just a wire loose or a switch? I am thinking of pulling the hood down to look but I fear the wiring might be more buried in the front of the unit.
Another option might be contacting the company who makes this unit for advice - anyone know who that is and if they are around?
