My driver side mirror turn signal blinker light isn’t functioning. How do I repair this and get access to the bulb.

As I recall you pry it off. I replaced mine with light emitting diodes but discovered they were not as bright as the original incandescent. I purchased two that included the lens so I did replace those. Now I remember, one of the originals had leaked water and i had previously removed, cleaned and sealed it and that’s when I discovered the method of removal.
