Gas Door Hinge

When I was falling down I quickly grab the first thing available and it turned out to be one of our diesel fuel doors that we had opened to fill up the tanks. It did break my fall, but it also sprung the hinge. The inside hinge is 3.5" long and a diameter of 3/8. Does anybody know where I could get a replacement for the inside of the hinge (the outside is still good)?
