receiver capacity

what is the capacity of the 2 inch receiver on a 1999 24RB? The manual calls it "unrated" I need to lat tow an "06 Ford Ranger manual transmission. Weighs about 4000 Lbs.
We've towed a 6,000 trailer with our '99 24RB. Don't know what the hitch weight was from the trailer, but it was many times more than I can lift.
You should have no problem flat towing a Ranger.
